二、研究工作简介
1. 主持“细胞仿生软物质化学”研究室(Lab of Cell-inspired Soft Matter Chemistry)
细胞,是多组分与多相态精巧结合的介观软物质体系,被认为是人工介观软物质设计、构筑与研究的理想样板。因此,与细胞化学(Cytochemistry)、组织化学(Histochemistry)和化学生物学(Chemical biology)等学科的交叉融合,是发展介观软物质化学的优选策略。
2. 研究理念:
以生物为样板,构建适用于化学研究和应用的系统性细胞仿生(Cell-inspired)复杂体系,从分子识别和自组装主导的静态超分子化学走向动态多样性集合的介观软物质化学。
3. 研究方向:多分子夹杂与软杂体化学
(Chemistry of multi-molecular inclusion & soft composites with inclusions)
聚焦细胞的构成(Constitution)、形态、结构和分子拥挤微环境等关键特征,以软杂体颗粒为主要研究对象、“多分子夹杂”为切入点,研究其构建方法学,揭示多分子夹杂对软杂体结构、微环境和性能的影响规律与机制,实现其材料化设计与制备,以及复合、集成和功能化微加工等精准操控,创建多分子夹杂与软杂体化学研究范式,深化对软物质的认知,促进软物质的多样性发展与应用。
软杂体(Soft Composites with Inclusions, SCI),软夹杂复合体的简称,是固体或软物质基体(例如高分子或超分子或凝聚体或纳米颗粒等的框架或网络或膜等)中非共价地夹杂有多分子或微纳结构所构成的软物质体系,其中的分子可以以单分子、分子团及液相等多种形式溶解或分散或夹杂于基体中。特殊情况下,夹杂物以单分子形式(溶质)均匀分散于基体(溶剂)所构筑的软杂体被定义为“软溶体”,即软物质溶液(soft matter solution)。我们提出的上述“软杂体”和“软溶体”等概念,从“多分子夹杂”视角归纳了一类软物质,其中“软溶体”是对“溶液”和“固溶体”概念的延伸与补充。
目前,我们已开发出多种新型以离子液体或低共熔溶剂为夹杂物的“凝胶型”软杂体微纳颗粒和“乳滴型”软杂体微纳颗粒。
